Winter warmers have arrived at ole!

Autumn has arrived at OLÉ, bringing a bold new menu filled with rich, comforting flavours — from seafood bisques to fall-off-the-bone lamb shoulder and slow-braised beef cheeks. This is Spanish comfort food made for sharing and connection.

New dishes celebrate coastal and rustic Spanish classics — think saffron seafood casserole with prawns, mussels, clams and barramundi, and crisp, golden flatbreads with caramelised onion and goat’s cheese.

Whether it’s a long lunch or a festive feast, our autumn menu is all about warmth, generosity, and indulgence — true to the OLÉ spirit.

$50 Lunch Fiesta – Taste of Spain

Weekdays, 11:30am-3pm

Dive into some serious Spanish flavour! We’re spicing up your weekdays with a lunchtime feast you won’t want to miss!

Kick things off with the Tabla de Selección – think crusty bread, crispy croquetas, jamón serrano, and all the garlicky goodness you need to fuel your day.

Then, pick your hero main dish, with a choice of: Ensalada Grande – a large salad loaded with pearl barley, fresh greens, marinated cheese, pomegranate, and a punchy green tahini dressing, our Pescado – grilled tuna with avocado & tropical fruit salsa with patatas bravas. Or try our Cordero – juicy lamb rump skewers with rosemary yogurt and more of those patatas bravas (because you can never have enough), or our Pollo – succulent chicken breast, slathered in mojo rojo, served with – you guessed it – patatas bravas.
