This August, OLÉ is hosting an exclusive dinner event in collaboration with Familia Torres Wines — all the way from Spain!

Guests will enjoy a six-course menu of traditional Spanish dishes like Gallo del Penedès – braised black rooster in a rich butterbean stew, and the Gambas Roja – grilled prawns with chimichurri butter, inspired by the wine sourced from Penedès, Catalonia, Spain.

Winter has arrived at OLÉ, bringing a bold new menu filled with rich, comforting flavours — from seafood bisques to fall-off-the-bone lamb shoulder and slow-braised beef cheeks. This is Spanish comfort food made for sharing and connection.

New dishes celebrate coastal and rustic Spanish classics — think saffron seafood casserole with prawns, mussels, clams and barramundi, and crisp, golden flatbreads with caramelised onion and goat’s cheese.
